Payment and cancellation conditions

 

No cancellation fee up to 1 month before arrival
From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the travel price.
In case of no-show the total amount will be charged.

We recommend that you take an Insurance for Cancellation and Trip Interruption without Deductible!

 

With hotel cancellation insurance from "Europäische Reiseversicherung" (Austria's leading travel insurance), you are well protected!
 

A 30% deposit is due upon completion of the booking. This can be paid by credit card (Master or Visacard) or by bank transfer:
